Named in honor of the late Marshall Allen (1972-2024), our goal is to help alleviate the medical debt burden currently facing millions of Americans.
As an investigative journalist and author, Marshall worked as a tireless reformer, seeking not just to speak truth to power, but to compassionately empower everyday people with practical ways to push back at an unfair system that too often takes advantage of people at their most vulnerable moments.
Marshall was extremely generous with his time to help each case he encountered. There wasn’t a need too small or too big. The greatest gift was to see individuals experience that “Aha moment” when they realized these strategies and tactics are actionable and successful.
We believe Marshall’s resources will help reshape the interaction between working Americans and Health Care by equipping, educating, and empowering each one to stand up to take ownership of their health care costs.
